All major credit cards accepted. HSA and FSA cards allowed. All card transactions are secure through my Simple Practice portal. Cash and check accepted for in-person sessions only. All payments are due at time of service.

No health insurance accepted at this time; superbills can be provided for possible reimbursement from your health insurance company.

  • I recognize that we live within a capitalistic society which causes a massive deficit for many people, most crucially along racial lines. The financial consequences of our government intertwined with our society's lack of accessible healthcare can make finding a therapist laborious.

    I am upfront about my rates and offer my sliding scale to everyone that is seeking services with me as a way to uphold my beliefs that mental healthcare should be accessible.

  • To create a more sustainable, equitable, and fair supervision experience, Megan Thomas will provide 1 supervision session for the same rate that the supervisee currently makes for 1 session with their clients if above $75/session.

  • Join the waitlist for a Master’s Level Counseling Intern under my clinical supervision. They see folks who reside in TN on a reduced sliding scale, and nobody is turned away due to financial barriers.

  • If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, I cannot use this time for another client and you will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice. A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for or cancel an appointment.
