About Me

I believe you know yourself best and that although it may feel clouded or distant, you intuitively and instinctually have the roadmap to your own healing within you.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to treat trauma and anxiety and to promote self-growth. I love working with teens, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. I am dedicated to provide a queer and neurodivergent affirming space. It is important to me to create a safe space where you can be and find your unique, authentic, embodied self and I do so by being my authentic self while working with you.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and am also trained in Somatic Attachment Therapy. I believe strongly in healing via a mind-body connection.

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Shepherd University in Sheperdstown, WV and earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

In my free time, you may find me spending time outdoors with my child and hyperactive Yorkie, Rex. A fly on the wall would catch me making mental health TikToks, curled up on my couch watching trashy reality TV, connecting to my body in a pilates studio, or throwing ingredients together while pretending I’m on “Chopped”.
